On June 30, 2020, the market value of your account was determined using June 29 prices. Additionally, all financial transactions were processed using June 29 prices. On July 6, all impacted accounts were adjusted using the June 30 fund prices. Please be aware of the following:
- Your second quarter statement ending balance reflects June 29, 2020 fund prices.
- Your third quarter statement beginning balance will reflect the June 29, 2020 fund prices. The investment returns reported on the Investment Performance Report accurately reflect the June 30 valuations.

A New Message from Savings Plus
In an effort to reduce the potential spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Savings Plus Walk in Center is now virtual. Even though our staff is working remotely, we're still here to help you with your retirement planning needs.
While Retirement Specialist worksite visits, walk-in business, and face-to-face meetings have been temporarily suspended, we're providing webinars and virtual appointments. Please visit our registration page for upcoming webinars, dates and times.
Additionally, we made it easier to schedule a virtual appointment or sign up for a webinar with your local Retirement Specialist.
The Savings Plus Solutions Center remains open 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. PT Monday – Friday at (855) 616-4776. We are here to assist you with your account, including initiating transactions, such as: exchanges, loans, unforeseeable emergencies, hardships, and other transactions.
You may fax any completed form to (877) 677-4329 or contact the Customer Solutions Center at (855) 616-4776 to obtain the form to submit by DocuSign.
Continue to access your account and process transactions online. If you are having trouble logging in, please use the Forgot Username and/or Forgot Password feature for assistance.
