A Message from Savings Plus

In an effort to reduce the potential spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Savings Plus Walk in Center, located in Sacramento is currently closed and staff are working remotely.

We have suspended all Retirement Specialist worksite visits, walk-in business, and have shifted to providing online webinars. Please visit our registration page for upcoming webinars, dates and times.

We are still here to help and have made it easy for you to schedule an appointment with your Retirement Specialist.

The Savings Plus Service Center will be available 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. PT Monday – Friday and can continue to be reached at (855) 616- 4776. We can assist you with services to support you with your account, including exchanges, changes to your account, unforeseeable emergencies, hardships, and other forms of withdrawals. Your Savings Plus Service Center will remain OPEN.

You may fax any completed forms to 1(877)-677-4329.

You can continue to access your account and process transactions online. If you are having trouble logging in, please use Forgot Username and/or Forgot Password for assistance.

You may email us at AskSavingsPlus@nationwide.com for all other inquiries as we are currently experiencing higher than normal call volume. Our staff remains committed to providing you with secure access to your account and we thank you for your patience. Please do not convey any investment trade instructions through the e-mails, as it will not be honored.
